Duker T’s will not be with us this week (Bob’s at a wedding), so there’s a bit of space at the west end, some of which Schober will absorb with an extra table for peaches, and some of which I’ve allocated to our organic farms, who are experiencing mid-season bounties.
Mike DiBartolo is hosting a special Guest Chef at his BID location at the west end. Last year we got to sample the fresh, prepared-on-location bruschetta made with Jersey Fresh straight from the Market. This year—who knows?—maybe he’ll be stomping grapes!
This week’s site plan uses a simple C for credit to indicate which vendors accept credit cards. Be sure to let me know if your position on credit cards changes.
Jalma Farms Beach Plum Preserves. Yes, beach plums. They’re plums. They grow at the beach. Other surprises await you at this new table in the Guest Vendor area by the Music Tent.
RETURNING AS GUESTS
Market Day Canele
Green Aisle Grocery
NONPROFITS AND FUNDRAISERS
Out of the Darkness Suicide Prevention will have a table for the first time at the Market this Saturday. Camden County Animal Shelter will be back at the Veggie Valet table.
COLLINGSWOOD FOOD CO-OP
Some enterprising Collingswood locals hope to start a food co-op. They’ll be talking the talk and recruiting new members to their cause at the east end.
Can you believe it’s August already next Saturday? Peach Pie Contest SAT AUG 03! Check out the facebook page for entry details if you haven’t already.
Mike DiBartolo, not David Hodges, is your contact for all questions regarding your appearance. Mike DiBartolo, email@example.com or (609) 949-3424.
FLEXIBLE SITE PLAN
Changes will continue to occur throughout the season as vendors come and go and as we learn more about now neighbors interact. I remind you no spaces are ever guaranteed and require your cooperation if I move your location any given week. Thank you.
