Severe Weather Plan for Collingswood

David Hodges

Weather Policy for Collingswood 2019

  1. We will cancel the Market only if the Governor declares a Weather State of Emergency for Camden County.
  2. In the absence of a State of Emergency, but when heavy rain or wind
are severe enough that individual vendors elect to skip the Market,
or if we decide to cancel live music, volunteers, and nonprofits . . . we’ll relocate all participating farm and produce vendors to spaces beneath the Speedline.
  3. The plan below shows how the Market could be run on a Severe Weather day.
  4. Most vendors will need to scale back their operations to find space under the Speedline, but we won’t have to cancel the Market.
  5. Feedback welcome.
