We’ve invited 20 Artists and Crafters to move into the spaces vacated by early-departing farms. Plus we have our favorite Guest Vendors one last time. Chocolate! Preserves! Microgreens! Cheese Spreads! Things will be hectic during setup.

PIZZA ON THE PREMISES FROM VILLA BARONE
REVELATION CAFÉ! Local food heroes Revolution Roasters and the Constellation Collective have teamed up to form a new food-and-beverage café at the west end of the Market. Pull up a chair in their seating area and enjoy locally-roasted coffee and breakfast treats.
Villa Barone. Fresh breads and recently pizza from this Haddon Avenue Collingswood restaurant’s brick oven, sauces and prepared items from the kitchen, and the very popular zeppoles make this a must-visit table.
Sara’s Produce, by special arrangement, is the one source for produce NOT grown in New Jersey. They are mandated to bring us the “exotics” so our shoppers won’t need to go to the supermarket for an avocado or a lemon.

— When the weather changes, Duker puts on the soup pot and blends in the local produce. Recent weeks, he’s sold out of Cream of Crab, Potato/Leek, and Cream of Broccoli. Whatever he puts up this week will go fast. Come early!

— Not just bar soap. Not just for cleansing. Stop by this for some laundry soap or handmade aromatherapy.

— Incredibly tasty and nutritious tiny little greens with so much flavor they’re taste components not just garnishes.

WINTER SQUASHES—COLLECT THEM ALL!
Stef has tried every variety of winter squash from Savoie Organic Farm. The Blue Hubbard, Red Kuri, Delicata, Sweet Dumpling, Acorn, Butternut, and Candy Roaster: each has its particular qualities. She uses the Red Kuri for her signature Thanksgiving Pumpkin Chiffon Pie, but roasted until fork tender, they’re all delicious without additional seasonings or flavors. Small Bills and a Bathroom Key
Many of you know, but for those of you who don’t, I carry small bills for vendors who run out of singles during the Market day. For guest vendors who might not be aware, I also have a key to Perkins Art Center, a Market sponsor, the primary benefit of which, for our vendors is INDOOR PLUMBING!
VENDOR PARKING PERMITS
It’s good business to save the best parking spaces for SHOPPERS! Most visitors will tell you it’s tough to find parking at the Market. We make things worse by parking our own vehicles in spaces that could be used and re-used many times by shoppers. Please encourage your table crew to park for free in the Lumberyard Parking Garage (just across Collings Avenue from the west entrance). There are plenty of spaces inside, and the walk back to the Market takes 3 minutes.
Flexible Site Plan
Changes will continue to occur throughout the season as vendors come and go and as we learn more about how neighbors interact. I remind you no spaces are ever guaranteed and require your cooperation if I have to move your location any given week.
