This work in progress will be reviewed by the Market Director, by the Borough of Collingswood, and by the shelters and animal welfare agencies that support and implement the program. As of SAT APR 11, this is the current version of the 2-sided flier that will be distributed to shoppers as they enter the Market with dogs.
